This retail building needed a full interior and exterior repaint before opening day — brick, trim, and window frames outside, walls and ceilings inside, all on a fixed deadline.

We primed and painted the brick facade, detailed every window and door frame in black, and finished the interior while the rest of the buildout was still underway.

You'll see the process, not just the result

We tape, sand, and prime before color goes anywhere near a wall. Here's the same staircase partway through and on the day we handed the keys back.
